I have lens cap holders for each of my lenses and find them indispensable. And for the price, you can't beat it. I also purchased one to attach to my water bladder. Using a hole puncher, I punched a hole on the side where there is extra plastic to loop the elastic in and attached the round sticky part on the cap...it works great!
I was a little disappointed with this product to be honest. The adhesive that holds the string piece to the string never stays attached so I am just as good as I was before I attached the lens cap holder...except now I normally have a piece of string hanging from the camera...awesome.
