I'm sure I will not have a problem with the product once it is deliver, but I am furious with the delivery service of Sunset Electronics.
I am very upset, since you offered to deliver my package no later than Friday Febuary 17 and failed. I paid for 2 day delivery. I placed the order Febuary 11, ordered everything in advance because I had to use my camera out of the country for work purposes. I'm really upset. The problem is not with UPS, it was you who sent my package until Febuary 16 and now I'm having problems at work for non-compliance. I hope you dont even considerer charging me $ 69 for Shipping ; Handling. Today is February 18 and my package is still in transit.
